Job description

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About This Role

Crusoe’s mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re building the AI infrastructure that powers a more sustainable, capable world, and our Enterprise Technology team is responsible for the systems that keep the business running. The Sr. Enterprise Technology Administrator, GTM Systems is a hands-on individual contributor who owns day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Crusoe’s Salesforce platform and the broader go-to-market technology stack. Salesforce is the primary platform; the role also covers Salesforce-side configuration and integration across Apollo, Common Room, Qualified, Gong, Momentum, and Ironclad, with close partnership with the Marketo and Zendesk admins on integration health and with Security, Governance, IT, and Systems Engineering on new tool onboarding. This is an execution-focused role with a clear growth path. You’ll own Tier 1/2 end-user support, run the Salesforce Support intake channel and bi-weekly sprint cadence, and take direct ownership of Salesforce roadmap planning within the GTM stack. As Crusoe grows, this role offers direct exposure to architecture, a strong path for technical development, and the opportunity to mentor junior administrators as the GTM Systems team scales.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, owning configuration, integration, and support across the GTM stack, including Apollo, Common Room, Qualified, Gong, Momentum, and Ironclad
  • Run the Salesforce Support intake channel and bi-weekly sprint cadence; own the Outstanding Issues backlog and quarterly Salesforce-side roadmap planning with defined SLAs
  • Build, configure, and test Salesforce-native automation, including flows, validation rules, approval processes, and workflow automations, to reduce manual overhead and support GTM stack configuration work under the direction of the GTM Systems Architect
  • Partner with Marketo and Zendesk admins on integration health: field mappings, data flow validation, and shared change management
  • Support design and implementation of cross-system processes spanning Ironclad, GCP/BigQuery, Salesforce, Marketo, Stripe, Sage Intacct, and internal product systems
  • Partner with Security, IT, and Systems Engineering on new-tool onboarding: Okta SSO configuration, access governance (Lumos), and compliance review (Vanta, Obsidian)
  • Run requirement-gathering, regression testing, and post-deploy enablement with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, and Accounting
  • Support AI/MCP initiatives: MCP connector testing, agent behavior validation, and connector development alongside the GTM Systems Architect

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 5+ years of hands-on enterprise systems experience, with significant Salesforce administration experience as an admin, implementer, or advanced power user
  • Experience with several of the following GTM tools, or strong willingness to ramp on them: Marketo, Ironclad, Apollo, Common Room, Qualified, Gong, Momentum, Zendesk, or comparable platforms
  • Hands-on integration experience: ability to read and debug Workato recipes, trace data flow through GCP/BigQuery, and inspect pipelines in Sigma
  • SOQL proficiency and comfort tracing record-level data flow across Salesforce, the data warehouse, and downstream consumers
  • Familiarity with identity, access governance, and compliance tooling (Okta, Lumos, Vanta, or comparable)
  • Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, Engineering, and Security; ability to translate technical changes into the language each function cares about
  • Structured intake mindset: triage requests by effort and urgency, communicate SLAs clearly, and manage expectations when priorities shift mid-sprint

Bonus Points

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator; Platform App Builder and additional GTM stack certifications are a plus
  • Exposure to AI-assisted admin work: MCP connectors, agent testing, and prompt iteration alongside the architect
  • Experience writing admin runbooks, integration documentation, and post-deploy revenue enablement materials
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation and equity packages
  • Restricted Stock Units
  • Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs
  • Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance
  • Employer contributions to HSA account
  • Paid parental leave
  • Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability
  • Professional development & tuition reimbursement
  • Mental health & wellness support
  • Commuter benefits (parking & transit)
  • Cell phone stipend
  • 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary
  • Volunteer time off
  • Global travel insurance & emergency assistance
  • Daily meals allowance
  • Additional perks & programs specific to location

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $150,000 - $175,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Crusoe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
