Salary: £45,000 - 60,000
Technimove is looking for multiple experienced Senior Field Engineers to join our growing Operations team. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile data centre, cloud, networking, and infrastructure transformation projects for enterprise customers across multiple technologies and environments.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading the design, planning, and delivery of complex migration and engineering projects
- Acting as a senior technical authority across Data Centre infrastructure (racking, stacking and all cabling aspects)
- Delivering enterprise-scale server relocation and transformation projects
- Creating and reviewing HLDs, LLDs, runbooks, test plans, and technical documentation
- Supporting pre-sales teams with technical expertise and proposal development
- Mentoring engineers and sharing technical knowledge across the business
- Working closely with consultants, project managers, customers, and third parties
- Driving technical excellence, innovation, and best practice across all project delivery
What we're looking for:
- Experience in cabling infrastructure, copper, fibre, installations and testing
- Experience delivering physical server relocations and enterprise migration projects
- Strong networking knowledge including implementation and troubleshooting
- Ability to lead technical delivery and customer engagements confidently
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Passion for mentoring, collaboration, and continuous improvement
