This full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer position is based in our Ultralytics office ultralytics.com/about in Shenzhen, China, with a hybrid model of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

🚀 What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Ultralytics, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and scaling the Ultralytics Platform — our end-to-end platform for AI model development. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and building robust, scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI fastapi.tiangolo.com
• Developing intuitive and responsive frontend applications with TypeScript and Nuxt.js nuxt.com
• Architecting and managing our infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) cloud.google.com/, leveraging Docker docs.ultralytics.com/docker-quickstart for containerization.
• Implementing and maintaining microservices to support features like cloud training docs.ultralytics.com/cloud-training and model deployment for Ultralytics YOLO docs.ultralytics.com/yolo26 models.
• Driving our CI/CD strategy using GitHub Actions github.com/actions to ensure rapid and reliable delivery.
• Collaborating with our AI research team ultralytics.com/about to integrate the latest computer vision ultralytics.com/computer-vision-cv advancements into the platform.
• Upholding best practices in code quality, testing, and performance, and actively contributing docs.ultralytics.com/contributing to our open-source ecosystem.

🧠 Skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience in full stack software engineering.
• Expertise in Python docs.ultralytics.com/python and experience with web frameworks like FastAPI fastapi.tiangolo.com or Django.
• Proficiency in modern frontend development using TypeScript typescriptlang.org and frameworks such as Nuxt.js nuxt.com/, Vue.js, or React.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly GCP cloud.google.com/, and containerization technologies like Docker docs.ultralytics.com/docker-quickstart
• Proven experience designing and working with microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines docs.ultralytics.com/, especially GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL postgresql.org and caching systems like Redis redis.io
