We are looking for a sharp, tech-forward Senior Game Producer to own fast-paced, non-traditional real-money games (crash, instant-win, virtual sports) from raw prototype to live launch. If you love taking titles 0→1, talk math and logic seamlessly with engineers, and leverage AI tools daily to move at lightning speed, this is your playground.
What You’ll Own
Own 0-to-1 Delivery: Turn working prototypes into live, high-earning games across regulated and crypto operators. Design & Define: Build complete Game Design Documents (core loops, odds, UI, art/audio) and align with mathematicians on house edge, volatility, and simulations. Ship & Scale: Manage RNG certifications (GLI-19, BMM, eCOGRA), platform distribution, and post-launch live ops based on real GGR and margin data. Build with AI Daily: Use tools like Claude, Codex, and Gemini to accelerate specs, math modeling, and prototyping.
