As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visually compelling, innovative, and strategically driven design solutions across a wide range of mediums. You’ll lead the design process from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality, on-brand communications that resonate with our audience and elevate the brand. Working closely with the Creative Director, you'll take ownership of campaigns and asset creation, delivering on time and with excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the visual design process from concept to execution, delivering high-quality, on-brand creative assets across digital and print mediums.
- Provide design direction and hands-on design expertise for marketing campaigns, ensuring visual consistency, creative excellence, and brand alignment.
- Develop detailed design systems, templates, and campaign guidelines to support efficient production and maintain visual standards across all touchpoints.
- Think strategically to further creative concepts and communication strategies across the brand’s reach.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, and content—to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual solutions.
- Communicate design decisions and creative direction clearly to stakeholders, fostering alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the growth of the creative team by mentoring junior designers, sharing feedback, and driving a culture of design excellence.
Qualifications
- A creative digital portfolio or samples of work demonstrating creative excellence in art direction and visual design are required with your application.
- Proven experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across diverse strategies, channels, and product categories.
- Strong, elevated design direction with a modern aesthetic across visual storytelling, art direction, and experiential/in-store environments.
- Expert understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and brand identity systems.
- Demonstrated experience across advertising, marketing, brand development, sales promotion, and digital media communications.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Deep awareness of current and emerging creative trends—especially in fashion, athletics, motorsports, and performance-driven industries.
- Solid grasp of the end-to-end creative process, from concept through production, with strong storytelling and digital design capabilities.
- Confident working with executive stakeholders to ideate, strategize, and execute compelling creative solutions that meet company goals.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a brand, agency, or design studio environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Expert-level retouching skills with a strong portfolio showcasing refined execution and visual craftsmanship.
- Experience in the motorsports industry, either in-house or at an agency, is a plus.
