THE ROLE
The Senior Paid Social Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing end-to-end paid social ad campaigns for Zeta clients. This role offers exposure to all aspects of paid social, with a primary focus on large Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat ad campaigns. Responsibilities include campaign setup, optimization, and analysis across multiple ad platforms. You will leverage your knowledge of paid media to position campaigns for success and find creative solutions to problems.
You will be entrusted with a large amount of discretion to make informed ad management decisions as you see fit, rooted in your knowledge of the social marketing ecosystem. This position reports to a Vice President in the Media Activation division, which oversees paid media for advertisers across Zeta’s business units. Depending on your location, this role could be hybrid (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco, Miami) or remote.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage paid social campaigns in alignment with media plans
- Act as the primary contact and media expert for clients representing your assigned accounts
- Make swift optimizations to ensure optimal pacing and performance
- Provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign goals and best practices
- Leverage Zeta’s Data Cloud to identify and target additional audiences for scale
Requirements:
- 2+ year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, and other Paid Social platforms is a plus, but not required
- Deep understanding of paid media mechanics, including pixel implementation, KPI optimization, audience targeting, and bid/budget management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You should speak with authority and feel confident in your ability to convey nuance.
- Strong quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail
- BA/BS degree, including quantitative coursework (exceptions will be made for experienced candidates)

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 - $98,000.00, depending on location and experience.
