- Champion accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG) and performance best practices across all design work.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience, with at least some time at a startup or small team.
- Strong in both UX and UI. Able to own a design from research to final visuals.
- Comfortable with data. Knows how to read product metrics and use them to make design decisions.
- Has run A/B tests or worked closely with teams that do. Understands how to iterate based on experiment results, not just intuition.
- Uses AI tools actively in their design workflow, not just aware of them.
- Has planned and conducted user interviews, not just reviewed someone else's findings. Able to turn research into a clear design direction.
- Can work independently without heavy process or hand-holding. Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Collaborates well with engineers. Understands technical constraints and adjusts designs accordingly.
- Has a portfolio of shipped products, not just concepts or mockups.
