Job description

Reports to: Senior Project Manager, Group Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plan with scope, milestones, schedules, and resources
  • Track project progress and report project status to all stakeholders
  • Manage and track changes to scope, priorities, schedules and resources
  • Work closely with development and QA managers to coordinate task schedule and resource allocation, resolve conflicts, and maintain full visibility of multiple projects
  • Anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review.
  • Identify and mitigate any potential issue that may impact the deliverables of software releases
  • Work with development and QA managers to streamline and refine practices
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with project management concepts, principles, and practices
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and scaled agile using industry standard methodologies
  • Ability to manage projects of medium scope and complexity
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capability of influencing without authority

Experience:

  • over 3 years of professional experience in managing software development projects
