The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading large, cross-functional, and high-impact projects from concept through completion. This role owns project strategy and execution, proactively manages risk, and serves as a trusted partner to stakeholders and leadership. The Senior Project Manager also helps improve project management standards and practices across the organization.

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex, multi-phase projects and programs
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and success metrics in partnership with senior stakeholders
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across departments
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and constraints
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to executive and senior leadership
• Manage changes to scope, timeline, and resources while minimizing impact to delivery
• Mentor and support other project managers and contribute to best practices
• Improve and standardize project management processes, tools, and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement based on project retrospectives and outcomes

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in a professional environment
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe)
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and resource planning
• Experience influencing without direct authority
• Experience improving or scaling project management processes
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
