Job description
The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build reliable, intuitive, and scalable full-stack products for Member Records, the care-team-member-facing context layer within CareHub. Member Records surfaces the right member information at the right moment so each care-team interaction is informed and actionable, reducing the need to search across fragmented systems. The experience brings together the context care-team members need to support a member, including member history, clinical context, active programs, program focus, indication, and history. Current product work also includes helping care-team members understand device and fulfillment status, onboarding progress, and program transitions, especially when a member is active in more than one program. Member Records is part of the broader Member Record & Configurator pod. The adjacent Configurator experience gives physical therapists a way to review and personalize exercise therapy programs, while Member Records provides the member context needed to make those decisions. You will work across the user interface, backend services, APIs, and data models, partnering with Product, Design, Clinical, Quality, and other engineering teams to turn complex workflows into simple experiences. You will contribute from discovery and technical design through implementation, launch, and operational support. This role is a strong fit for an engineer who enjoys owning meaningful product areas end to end, makes sound technical trade-offs, and raises the quality of the systems and team around them.
What You'll Accomplish
- Design and deliver full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Build maintainable frontend experiences, backend services, APIs, and data models for member-record workflows.
- Translate ambiguous product and workflow requirements into clear technical designs and incremental delivery plans.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Clinical, Quality, and partner engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Improve the reliability, performance, security, observability, and maintainability of production systems.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code and contribute to effective testing strategies across the stack.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews, code reviews, incident response, and operational improvements.
- Identify technical debt and make pragmatic improvements that help the team move faster safely.
- Mentor other engineers through technical guidance, thoughtful reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
- Use modern developer and AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly to improve development quality and productivity.
