Role Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth import operations, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective , and works cross-functionally with Instock, Compliance, Cross Border Brand Management teams
What You Will Do
Customs Clearance and Inspection Management
- Manage import/export customs clearance activities to ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and on-time completion
- Possess solid knowledge of product inspection processes, with the ability to handle both food and non-food SKUs
- For food products, demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the full inspection workflow and effectively respond to inquiries from the TFDA
Compliance Collaboration
- Work closely with Compliance team to ensure products imported and sold comply with Taiwanese regulations
Cost and Efficiency Control
- Manage and control costs related to import/export operations
Basic Qualifications
- 8 years of working experience in supply chain management.
- Familiarity with cross-border product customs declaration and inspection processes, as well as understanding the documentation required by TFDA is a must

Experience with food products is a plus
- Proficient in the use of Excel
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible, and adaptable to a rapidly changing startup environment
- Intermediate proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
