Job description

Here at The Exploration Company, we are building innovative aerospace technologies that advance the future of space transportation. To support our growth, we are looking for a Senior Teamcenter Administrator to take ownership of our Siemens Teamcenter landscape.

Role Overview

As a Senior Teamcenter Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, operation, and evolution of our multi-site on-prem Siemens Teamcenter environment, with a strong focus on Linux-based cloud deployments. You will work closely with engineering, IT, and external partners to ensure a stable, scalable, and well-documented PLM platform that supports advanced aerospace development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Teamcenter & PLM Ownership

  • Own the configuration, administration, and lifecycle management of Siemens Teamcenter
  • Manage multi-site TC on cloud & Linux based infrastructure
  • Design and maintain PLM data models, workflows, access rules, and business rules and models aligned with engineering and compliance needs.
  • Support installation, upgrades, and deployments of Teamcenter environments (DEV / TEST / PROD).
  • Collaborate on integrations with CAD (e.g. NX), simulation tools, and enterprise systems.
  • Act as the technical reference for Teamcenter across the organization.
  • Create and maintain documentation, policies and workflows related to PLM and Teamcenter

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter, including Active Workspace.
  • Proven experience managing Teamcenter on Linux (mandatory).
  • BMIDE development and customization.
  • Ability to work independently and take technical ownership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, or complex engineering environments.
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter integrations (SOA, CAD, OpCenter, simulation and other enterprise systems).
  • Familiarity with scripting, automation, or PLM-related DevOps practices.
  • Experience supporting regulated environments (e.g. export control, traceability).
