We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance our enterprise ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, with strong technical skills in scripting, integrations, and platform customization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Support modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, and related applications.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Create and customize forms, catalogs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve platform performance.
Qualifications:
- 3–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and platform configuration.
- Experience with integrations, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and API development.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- ServiceNow CSA certification required; CAD certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
