Why work at Bogaard Group International

  • Value-driven culture: The company explicitly prioritizes "personality over resume," independence, autonomy, and over-communication — a deliberately flat, collaborative environment.
  • Learning-oriented mindset: BGI treats every project as a learning experience and emphasizes direct feedback and thoughtful communication for continuous improvement.
  • Meaningful work: Team members work on security challenges tied to real-world events (workplace violence, natural disasters, terrorism) with a mission to keep companies and employees safe.
  • Flexible work arrangements: Open roles include hybrid options (e.g., APAC Security Systems Project Manager in Hyderabad) alongside on-site positions in Los Angeles and San Jose, suggesting a mix of work models.
  • Global exposure: Opportunities to work across international security operations and diverse client cultures.
  • Inclusive recruiting: BGI states it recruits and retains talent from all backgrounds and perspectives; the company also uses AI-assisted recruiting tools to support application review (with human final decisions).
