🪄 What you’ll do

• Own the Workerbase solution for your customers.
• Run workshops to understand their challenges and design smart solutions.
• Build and deploy apps on our low-code AI platform.
• Train customer teams to create their own solutions.
• Spot growth opportunities and engage senior stakeholders.
• Feed your insights directly into our product roadmap.

🤝 You’re a fit if you

• Take initiative and enjoy leading projects.
• Have some experience in consulting or customer-facing roles.
• Understand tech and can write basic code.
• Can grasp and design complex processes fast.
• Speak German at C1 level or above.
• Love learning, improving, and challenging the status quo.
• Bonus: Know manufacturing or production workflows.
