As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be a trusted technical expert on the Omni platform, empowering customers to do more with their data throughout the customer lifecycle. You'll own the technical side of every deal, leading complex technical evaluations from discovery through proof-of-concept, hands-on in each prospect's own data and environment. You'll drive each evaluation forward, bring a clear point of view, and help shape product direction with feedback from the field.

• Partner with the Sales team on technical discovery, demos, and proofs of concept (POCs).
• Build and present POCs in the Omni platform as part of the evaluation process, while helping prospective customers learn to use Omni on their own data.
• Support the transition of trials into successful customers by partnering with post-sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to relay user feedback and help inform product direction.

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Strong SQL skills, using SQL for analytics.
• Familiarity with the modern data stack, including cloud data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift) and transformation tools (e.g. dbt).
• Interest in growing in a pre-sales career path.
• Passionate about working with data; love learning, and enthusiastic about helping and teaching others.
• Experience with external customers (i.e. consulting is preferred).

Nice to Haves

• Prior experience with business intelligence and/or enterprise data analytics tools preferred (such as Looker, Omni, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Sisense, etc).
• Startup experience.

Location This is a hybrid role for candidates based in Dublin (3 days per week in-office). Candidates based in the UK have the option to work remotely or out of our London office.
