  • Manage complex schedules and compliance updates related to lease accounting and inventory accounting models.
  • Interface with external accountants during audits.
  • Assist in maintaining regular contact and building solid working relationships with various groups to ensure a high level of customer service and work product.
  • Assist on projects and ad hoc assignments as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 4-6 years of progressive accounting/finance experience; ideally a public accounting/private industry mix
  • Direct hands-on experience in the application of ASC 606 (Revenue), ASC 842 (Leases), ASC 718 (Stock-Based Compensation), and ASC 805 (Business Combinations)
  • Excellent knowledge of GAAP
  • Demonstrated ability to manage month-end close schedules and complex account reconciliations independently
  • Prior experience working on M&A accounting, business combinations, or technical accounting implementation projects (e.g. purchase price allocation, valuation).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Must be trustworthy and confidential
  • Must have excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior management
  • Precision/detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to identify and drive process/system improvements
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing tasks, and operate effectively in a scaling startup or high-growth company setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry exposure within Tech, Software, Healthtech, or Manufacturing/Inventory environments
  • CPA and/or MBA a plus

Our Benefits In addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:
