The Executive Assistant is a strong team player with experience supporting C-suite executives in an entrepreneurial or start-up environment. You can multitask, prioritize, demonstrate exceptional organization, and take ownership over your assignments. You can easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a practical approach to problem solving. No task is too big or small.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work closely with the leaders and first assistant to help manage an ever-changing calendar.
  • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel plans.
  • Track expenses and compile expense reports for the leader using Concur.
  • Maintain a highly organized system to help manage important correspondence and sustain an efficient internal workflow.
  • Act as “the glue” between clients, partners, vendors, and internal associates, keeping important initiatives on track and communication streamlined.
  • Conduct appropriate research, prioritization and follow ups on incoming and upcoming tasks, and determine appropriate course of action.
  • Suggest and implement ways to improve processes to help workflow efficiency.
  • Develop plans and help manage events such as team building off-sites, workshops and board meetings.
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Minimum of 3+ years professional experience supporting a C-level executive.
  • College degree required.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal, as well a professional presence to liaise with other executives, clients, partners, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Positive and forward-thinking attitude; actively seeking solutions and opportunities, unafraid to ask questions and propose change.
  • Computer Skills - Efficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe, Slack, Concur and the ability to troubleshoot.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-initiative.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Team focused perspective; assisting others and seeking help when needed.
