About the role

As Global Franchise Coordinator, you will keep the Global Franchise Strategy & Management (GFSM) team running smoothly across all brands, from diary management to making our decks look beautiful. Reporting to the SVP and based in London, you will work with a team spread across London, LA and Boston, and gain a front-row seat to how global franchises come to life.

- Organise cross-functional meetings and manage team shareouts, from scheduling to notes and follow-up.
- Make our decks look beautiful: build, format and polish franchise presentations to a high, on-brand standard.
- Raise purchase orders and track budgets, resolving queries and discrepancies accurately.
- Brief and partner with our creative team to deliver franchise assets on time and on brand, and keep assets organised and consistent with franchise guidelines.
- Handle travel and expenses for directors, including flights, hotels and itineraries.
What you’ll bring
- Early-career experience (1–2 years, an internship or a placement) in an admin, coordination or marketing role; experience in entertainment, media, consumer products or lifestyle brands is a plus. Degree or equivalent experience.
- First-class diary management and organisation, juggling priorities across time zones.
- Excellent communication; proactive, hands-on, calm under pressure and open to feedback.
- Strong presentation and IT skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook essential; Adobe Photoshop a bonus.
- A team player with a real passion for entertainment, media, consumer products and lifestyle brands.
