Overview: Vantora is a dynamic venture studio dedicated to building innovative startup companies from the ground up. Our team thrives on solving complex problems, driving technological advancements, and creating impactful digital products. We’re seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of launching the next wave of successful startups.
Technical Challenge: As a Product Designer at Vantora, you’ll work closely with product strategists, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality products that solve enterprise-scale problems. This role requires a self-starter who is user-centric, thrives on collaboration, and can solve complex problems with elegant, intuitive design. You’ll be instrumental in creating engaging user experiences and integrating AI-driven features that deliver exceptional value.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for owning every aspect of UX and UI design - from defining the problem, to crafting the solution, and launching the product.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on real feedback.
- Collaborate with product strategists, engineers, and clients to shape solutions.
- Develop storyboards, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize workflows.
- Design and prototype user interfaces with a focus on usability, consistency, and scalability.
You should have:
- A digital portfolio demonstrating UX process and outcomes (research, design, testing).
- 7 years proven experience in UI/UX design with emphasis on functional, visually engaging interfaces.
- 5+ years working with SaaS.
- Experience with analytics, visualization, and decision-support tools (beyond consumer apps).
- Proficiency in Figma (design systems, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups).
- Strong foundation in typography, layout, and interaction design principles.
- Expertise in responsive design for seamless web and mobile experiences.
- Ability to simplify complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive, scalable solutions.
- Comfortable designing around AI-driven insights, explainability, and trust.
- Experience with multi-layered and multi-tenant workflows.
- Skilled in user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design best practices.
- Deep experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define problems and solutions.
- Clear communicator—able to explain design rationale visually and verbally.
- Self-starter who identifies opportunities and drives work forward.
- Familiarity with generative and evaluative research methods to validate design decisions.
- Understanding of AI concepts and their impact on UX.
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing for AI-driven or agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with Miro for presentations and collaboration.
- Experience maintaining or evolving scalable design systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
If you don’t meet every single requirement listed above, but believe your skills and experience make you a strong fit, we encourage you to apply. We value curiosity, problem-solving, and growth mindset just as much as credentials. Please submit your portfolio and let us see how you think about design.
