About The Role
We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our largest enterprise customers. You’ll work across sales, customer success, product and executive teams to turn customer goals into multi-year growth.
What you’ll do
- Own the commercial relationship and revenue targets (retention, upsell and cross-sell) for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- Build and execute strategic account plans covering stakeholder maps, growth opportunities, risks and success metrics.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level and procurement.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations, renewals and contract expansions.
- Identify new use cases and business units to expand within each account.
- Partner with customer success, solutions engineering, product and legal to deliver value and resolve escalations.
- Run executive business reviews and report on account health and ROI.
- Share customer insights with product and leadership to shape the roadmap.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise account management, strategic sales or a similar role, ideally in SaaS or technology.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding quota on large, complex accounts
- Strong skills in negotiation, commercial acumen and executive-level communication.
- Experience with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
- A consultative, data-driven approach to account planning.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities.
What monday.com can offer you:

- Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles — we believe people should share in our success
- Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons - the industry moves quick and so do we
- A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more
