Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accounting of acommerce smaller entities from end to end
  • Supervise Accounting Activities & Lead the Accounting Team
  • Performing monthly closing journal
  • Create monthly report and analysis of those entities
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliation on timely basis
  • Preparing data for auditors including group reporting packages.
  • Preparing ad hoc financial reports required by management
  • Assist Financial Controller on any project occured in the company.
  • Liaise with other department to ensure the financial statement is complete and accurate in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
  • 4-5 years experience as an accounting and have experience/able to process a full monthly financial closing and produce monthly financial reports by themselves.
  • Experience handling a team
  • Able and willing to work long hours to achieve tight deadlines.
  • Preferred to have experience with Oracle Netsuite or MSDynamic.
  • Preferred to have 2-3 year experience in big 4 public accounting
