Job description

What you'll do: We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Talent Operations Coordinator to join our People team. You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams while helping us improve the speed and efficiency of our hiring processes.

Interview Coordination and Candidate Experience

  • Own and manage interview scheduling in close partnership with our recruiters and hiring teams
  • Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the process, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience
  • Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple stakeholders, locations, and time zones
  • Participate in hiring kick-off calls and support recruiters throughout the recruitment process

Talent Operations and Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across our ATS and Talent Acquisition databases
  • Innovate and drive effectiveness through use of AI
  • Support initiatives that strengthen our employer brand
  • Identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity by optimizing scheduling and operational processes
  • Maintain strong data hygiene and identify opportunities for automation and greater efficiency

Who you are:

  • Experience in an assistant, coordinator, or operational role within a fast-paced environment
  • Good acumen with AI tooling and solutions
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • The ability to prioritize effectively and create a structured weekly schedule
  • Confidence using technology and digital tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally developed in a customer- or candidate-facing role
  • A commitment to consistently delivering an excellent experience
  • An outgoing, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach
  • Excitement about becoming a core member of a collaborative, high-performing team

Salary range from 50,000 USD+
