Technical Program Manager III
itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to drive the successful execution of complex, cross-functional programs supporting service experience transformation and enterprise tooling initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading program strategy, managing dependencies across multiple teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in technical program management, agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of driving large-scale programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Location: Remote (U.S. – EST preferred)
Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations
- Drive program-level planning, including roadmap development, milestone tracking, and dependency management across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and release gates
- Manage cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, operations, and business teams
- Track and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
- Translate business priorities into actionable technical requirements, delivery plans, and acceptance criteria
- Own program reporting, including executive-level updates on status, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate delivery across enterprise platforms including AI/automation tools, CRM systems, and knowledge management systems
- Drive change management initiatives, including business-to-team mapping and process transformation
- Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational continuity across programs
Internal Responsibilities
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management in large-scale environments
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and risk management
- Experience delivering technology or business application solutions across multi-platform systems
- Experience facilitating agile methodologies and managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and execution plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working in large technology organizations or big tech environments
- Exposure to AI/automation tools, CRM platforms, or enterprise systems
- PMP or PMI certification
- Strong executive communication and reporting experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience required
- Advanced degree or PMP certification preferred
