Job description
Dexmate is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of our software platform roadmap. This role will coordinate frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, AI/data, and robot-side teams to ensure key platform releases are delivered on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project roadmaps, milestones, owners, dependencies, and launch timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution and drive regular progress reviews.
- Identify blockers and delivery risks early and develop mitigation plans.
- Manage integration, testing, release readiness, and production rollout.
- Communicate status, decisions, and timeline changes to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical program or software project management experience.
- Experience delivering complex software platform, SaaS, cloud, IoT, or robotics projects.
- Strong understanding of software development and release processes.
- Excellent organization, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience with robotics platforms, fleet management, OTA, or AI systems is preferred.
