gadget with an awesome community that brings together millions of people around the world.
We're building new products:
- Flipper One blog.flipper.net — a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form
factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC.
- BUSY Bar busy.app — a smart productivity multi-tool that helps users stay focused and minimize
distractions.
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to help the BUSY product team organize the work
on the product and take ownership of coordination across product, engineering, design, and
operations. This is a role for someone who knows how to turn product ideas and agreements into a
clear plan, structured tasks, and predictable delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Product Operations Manager at a technology product company
- Experience working inside a product or engineering team, not only in an agency or purely administrative environment
- Hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum processes and managing a team's sprint work
- Experience owning a product or project from initial scoping through to release
- Experience writing requirements, user scenarios, acceptance criteria, and tasks for
engineering and design
- Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams, dependencies, and external
stakeholders
- Experience working with vendors, contractors, or operational functions
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, from requirements and design
through testing and release
- Basic understanding of how hardware, firmware, mobile, and backend components interact
- Ability to break down complex or loosely defined problems into actionable tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable running meetings and driving decisions to closure
- Self-driven and proactive — ready to not only coordinate but personally resolve organizational issues as they come up
- English at Upper-Intermediate or above, for working with an international team, vendors, and contractors
- Experience with task and documentation tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or Confluence
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience with hardware, IoT, or embedded products
- Background as a Business/System Analyst, QA, or Software Engineer, with prior ownership of development coordination and delivery
- Experience with roadmap tools, process diagrams, or workflow-mapping systems
RESPONSIBILITES
- Organize the team's sprint work: planning, breakdown, prioritization, and tracking task completion
- Help the product team translate requirements and decisions into clear tasks for engineering and design
- Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, and agreements between project participants
- Keep the backlog, roadmap, project documentation, and task statuses up to date
- Document product and technical decisions, requirements, meeting outcomes, and next steps
- Coordinate work across the product, engineering, design, and operations teams
- Run regular team syncs and follow up on the execution of decisions made
- Help the team manage changes in requirements and assess their impact on timelines and scope
- Coordinate operational matters for the product: working with vendors, contractors, legal, and finance
- Proactively identify risks and escalate issues that could affect timelines or product quality
WHAT WE OFFER
- Choose your work format: office, hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in the world
- You will be provided with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable working environment
- Benefits such as VHI, corporate sports, foreign language courses, and therapy sessions
- A five-day workweek with a flexible start of the working day
