What you'll do:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of web application projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product designers, QA, executives to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and allocate resources effectively.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates, key milestones, risks, and project outcomes to stakeholders and management.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvements.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ yrs experience managing technical projects for external clients, preferably in a start-up or technology-driven environment
- Experience managing web platform configuration, customization, and administration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Familiarity/experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with Jira is a bonus
