Job description

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Representative in our Pakistan office to assist customers and internal teams with technical issues, troubleshoot software problems, and ensure timely resolution of support requests.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and assist clients with application-related issues
Troubleshoot account and application issues to identify root causes
Diagnose problems and run tests within the application to verify functionality
Submit support tickets for parts delivery requests and other necessary actions
Document client interactions and issue resolutions accurately
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution of their concerns

What We're Looking For

Proficient in spoken and written English
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot software/application issues
Highly attentive to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Prior experience in a customer support, help desk, or technical support role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with ticketing systems (HubSpot, Intercom, etc)
Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or related industries is a plus
