This role manages daily telecom operations, VoIP (cloud/on‑prem), call flows, MACs, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT teams. Required Qualifications
- RingCentral experience
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years telecom/IT network systems experience
- Avaya CM v16.3, System/Session Manager, Aura Messaging, CMS, VeraSmart, Virtual Observer, G430/G450/G650
Preferred Certifications
- Cisco CCNA or CCVP
