General Summary:
The Training Specialist II serves as a individual contributor responsible for the development, implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs supporting Production, Quality, and Operational Excellence initiatives. This role acts as a subject matter expert in technical training, training compliance, Lean learning principles, and workforce development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Life Sciences, Organizational Development Administration, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or biotech industry in Manufacturing, Quality, Continuous Improvement, or related function.
- 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining technical training programs, training materials, certification processes and development programs.
- High English proficiency (B2+ / C1)
- Opex experience.
