Duomo is an app rooted in Christian values, helping people turn Scripture into daily habits and inner peace. We’re building a leading Christian-tech product for people seeking spiritual renewal.

Right now, we’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will help lead one of the key marketing streams on Meta.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Launching, structuring, and scaling UA campaigns on Meta.
  • Monitoring key KPIs daily and make data-driven optimization decisions to hit target financial KPIs, evaluating performance both on top-level metrics (CPM, CTR, CR, CPA) and deeper metrics (funnel conversion, LTV, ROI).
  • Closely collaborating with creative and product marketing teams to drive growth of your stream
  • Implementing AI/automation approaches with analytics and MarTech teams to speed up analysis, testing, and workflows.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, driving user acquisition on paid media channels (Meta / TikTok / Google Media).
  • Experience managing budgets of $100,000+ per month.
  • Strong structure and organization: you love documenting and testing everything, validating every possible hypothesis, and won’t stop until you find the most effective solution.
  • Strong analytical mindset: you enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, and drawing conclusions.
  • Comfort working in uncertainty, fast learning, and adaptability.
  • English level: B1+.
