Inkitt is building the Disney of the 21st Century, standing at the forefront of technology and entertainment. Leveraging AI and predictive algorithms, Inkitt discovers unknown stories and turns them into blockbuster hits, producing a new $1M ebook every 4 weeks and selling directly to consumers through its Galatea app. Inkitt has become the 11th most bestseller-generating publisher in the world, boasting a 40x higher hit-rate than traditional publishers. Recently raising a Series C and backed by some of the top VC’s such as: Khosla, Kleiner Perkins, and NEA Ventures, our recent expansion into CandyJarTV is only the beginning of our journey to becoming the next-gen entertainment powerhouse.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of one or more paid user acquisition channels (e.g. Paid Search, Paid Social, DSP/Programmatic, OTT/CTV, Influencer, or emerging channels).
  • Design, launch, and analyze structured experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities and unlock new acquisition levers.
  • Build and optimize campaigns that drive efficient user acquisition, engagement, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Partner closely with Growth, Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to develop high-impact acquisition strategies.
  • Evaluate channel performance with a strong focus on incrementality, true lift, and business outcomes.
  • Translate data and campaign insights into actionable recommendations that improve performance at scale.
  • Build repeatable processes, testing frameworks, and playbooks that compound growth over time.
  • Continuously identify new platforms, audiences, creative approaches, and channel expansion opportunities.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing or user acquisition experience, with deep expertise in at least one paid acquisition channel
  • Proven experience owning campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance against growth KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure incrementality, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience designing and executing structured testing roadmaps and experimentation frameworks
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Growth, and Analytics teams
  • Demonstrated ability to identify scalable growth opportunities and turn insights into measurable business impact
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment with an ownership mindset
  • Builder mentality with a bias toward action, rapid iteration, and continuous learning
  • Experience in consumer technology, mobile apps, subscriptions, gaming, entertainment, or other B2C digital products is preferred
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution, experimentation, and performance measurement tools is a plus
