Job description

Gen Digital is a global leader in digital security and privacy. We protect millions of users by building intuitive, powerful security software across desktop and mobile. We're looking to expand our reach through strategic partner programs that drive mutual value—and we need someone to build and run that motion.

We're looking for an experienced USXS Manager (User Success & Experience in partner channels) to establish and run our partner USXS program from the ground up. This is a foundational hire for a high-impact initiative.

You'll design and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns that drive revenue through our partner ecosystems. Whether we're running turnkey solutions on partners' behalf, consulting them on building their own programs, or a hybrid model, you own the commercial outcome.

This is a high-visibility, high-pressure role. You'll move at sales velocity, collaborating with technical and design partners to create real revenue impact. If you're someone who thrives on building new programs with meaningful business outcomes, this is it.

What Will Be Your Responsibility?

  • Design & execute partner USXS campaigns – Build and launch campaigns across Norton's desktop and mobile clients, from end-to-end program ownership to tactical execution (email, in-product, etc.)
  • Partner program strategy – Work directly with partner executives to understand their business goals and design the right USXS motion (turnkey, consulting, hybrid)
  • Revenue driver – Own the commercial outcome: drive upsell and cross-sell revenue in partner customer bases, build projections, track impact
  • Cross-functional leadership – Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, and Sales to align on strategy, timelines, and execution. You're the connective tissue across teams
  • Leverage Gen best practices – Apply Gen's experience and proven playbooks to create scalable partner programs that can expand as we add new partnerships
  • Executive communication – You've done this before. Present program strategy, progress, and opportunities to partner C-suite and Gen leadership with confidence and clarity

What Do We Expect?

Experience

  • 3–4 years working in partner/B2B2C account management – You've run partner programs before and know how they work (monetized partnerships, distribution channels, co-marketing, etc.)
  • Track record of campaign success – You've stood up at least 1–2 partner campaigns that drove measurable sales results in a partner customer base
  • C-level presentation experience – You have successfully presented strategy to executive audiences multiple times with confidence and clarity
  • 5+ years in SaaS marketing – You understand how to market in SaaS environments, manage campaigns, and think about pipeline and revenue
  • Security/Identity/Privacy category experience – Nice to have, but not required. We can teach you the domain if you bring strong partner program chops
  • Success creating programs around adoption of financial tools, travel tools, or AI tool adoption – A plus

Skills

  • Cross-functional collaboration – You're comfortable working across teams (Product, Design, Marketing, Sales) and navigating competing priorities
  • Proficiency with modern tools – You use Figma, Claude, Glean, and similar AI/productivity tools as part of your workflow
  • Financial/strategic modeling – You can build 1–3 year opportunity projections based on partner data and market sizing
  • Team player with composure – You stay calm and keep humor under pressure. You lift others up. You demonstrate flexibility and resilience when plans change
  • Communication excellence – You write clearly, present persuasively, and document work so others can learn from it

Why Is It Exciting to Be Part of This?

  • Build something from the ground up – This isn't maintaining an existing program. You're architecting a new revenue stream for Gen and our partners. Your decisions will shape how we scale partner relationships
  • High visibility & impact – Your work will be visible to senior leadership and partner executives. You'll see the direct business outcome of your efforts—revenue, customer acquisition, retention
  • Work across the full stack – You'll touch strategy, campaign execution, design, product integration, and business development. If you like variety and owning outcomes end-to-end, this is the role
  • Collaborate with talented teams – You'll work closely with Product, Design, and Marketing teams building the next generation of Norton's customer experience
  • Growth opportunity – As the program scales, there's clear room to expand: building regional teams, adding specialized roles, expanding to new partnership models
  • Flexibility & autonomy – We measure contribution by outcomes, not hours. You'll have the space to work in a way that suits you best
  • Competitive compensation, great benefits – Attractive pension & health insurance plan, bonus scheme, unlimited personal time off, whole-life flexibility to work how and when you work best
