As our Account Manager, you manage and expand our portfolio of key customers in civil airports, for the implementation of bird-strike prevention and wildlife management radar technology. Sales generation and contract negotiation: Target new prospects while growing our existing customer base. Advise clients on complex radar applications, negotiate terms, and close new and renewal contracts to exceed annual sales targets.

Pipeline growth and global outreach: Drive sales opportunities through virtual and in-person meetings with key stakeholders. Represent Robin Radar Systems at international trade shows, conferences, and marketing events to expand our lead pipeline.

Commercial forecasting and performance tracking: Monitor periodic key metrics, including sales results, customer profitability, and annual forecasts. Deliver accurate reporting to ensure long-term business alignment and steady growth.

Cross-functional collaboration: Consult internally with Project Management, Bid Ops, Tech Sales, and Quality. Follow up on enquiries promptly to ensure customer needs are met and operational issues are resolved swiftly.
