Reo.Dev reo.dev is a modern revenue stack for Developer focused companies. We help Developer Tool companies identify which Engineering Teams have an Urgent need for their product and the highest likelihood of conversion. We capture and analyze a wide array of developer activity data from Github, Docs, Docker Installs, Communities, other dev specific sources and convert them to sales signals.

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Manager to join our team and own the financial backbone of the company from day-to-day accounting and compliance to investor reporting, due diligence support, and secretarial governance. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role reporting to the Operations Lead.

What you will own

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting operations across the Indian entity and the US entity, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / GAAP).
  • Deliver investor MIS reports monthly, including management accounts, ARR/MRR schedules, burn rate, runway, and key SaaS metrics as required under our Investors' Rights Agreement.
  • Coordinate and manage statutory audits, tax filings (GST, TDS, advance tax, corporate tax), and coordinate compliance with ROC filings, annual returns, and board resolutions.
  • Support the Company Secretary function, maintain statutory registers, coordinate board and shareholder meeting documentation, draft resolutions, and ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2013.
  • Monitor and enforce financial controls, expense policies, vendor payments, reimbursements, and procurement approvals.
  • Track and manage SaaS-specific financial metrics like CAC, LTV, payback period, churn, and gross margin and present insights to the leadership team.
  • Liaise with banks, external auditors, tax consultants, legal counsel, and government authorities as required.
  • Assist in building financial models, annual budgets, and scenario plans to support business decision-making.

Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related function.
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS/technology company is preferred.

Qualifications

  • CA (preferred), CMA, MBA (Finance), B.Com b.com or similar with strong hands-on accounting and finance experience.

Location

  • Based in Bengaluru.
  • Ability to work from our Bellandur office 3 days a week.

Tools & Systems

  • Hands-on experience with accounting platforms such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for financial analysis, reporting, and modelling.

  • Exposure to equity compensation accounting, ESOP pools, and cap table management
  • Working knowledge of Stripe, Chargebee, or similar subscription billing platforms
  • CS (Company Secretary) qualification or equivalent secretarial certification
