Job description

Easybrain is looking for a skilled Ads Monetization Manager. We have a large portfolio of market-leading puzzle and logic games, supported by experienced technical and ads monetization teams. You will have a chance to work with the biggest advertising platforms around the world and collaborate closely with the analytical team to make decisions based on numbers.

Responsibilities:

  • Suggesting new ideas for improving ads monetization set-up;
  • Working closely with the production team to make sure your ideas are executed in a correct way;
  • Working closely with the analytical team to define, collect, and analyze metrics affecting LTV;
  • Optimizing the current ad stack.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in ads monetization;
  • Experience working with ads monetization platforms;
  • Understanding of how ads can affect LTV;
  • B2+ level of English;
  • Fluent Russian is required;
  • Technical background is a bonus.
