我们正在深圳招聘一名 AI 智能体平台软件工程师，负责连接模型、工具、权限、任务执行和用户产品体验。

工作职责

  • 构建智能体编排、工具调用、任务状态、重试和人工确认流程。
  • 集成第三方 API、OAuth、事件和后台任务。
  • 开发可靠的前端、后端、数据库和观测系统。
  • 改善延迟、成功率、成本、安全和故障排查体验。
  • 与产品团队快速迭代并将原型推进到生产。

任职要求

  • 常驻深圳，4 年以上全栈或后端产品工程经验。
  • 熟练使用 TypeScript/Node.js、Python 或同类技术栈。
  • 有 LLM、工具调用、队列、分布式任务或第三方集成经验。
  • 能独立交付，重视可靠性、权限和清晰的用户体验。

We are a startup building AI agents and consumer devices. Users prompt agents to take actions across their tools, while custom devices capture intent on the go. We are a small team in Shenzhen and New York; our founder previously started a Silicon Valley unicorn.

We are hiring a Software Engineer in Shenzhen to build the platform connecting models, tools, permissions, task execution, and the user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build agent orchestration, tool calls, task state, retries, and human-confirmation flows.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, OAuth, events, and background jobs.
  • Develop reliable frontend, backend, database, and observability systems.
  • Improve latency, success rate, cost, safety, and debugging.

Requirements

  • Based in Shenzhen with 4+ years of full-stack or backend product engineering experience.
  • Strong TypeScript/Node.js, Python, or comparable stack experience.
  • Experience with LLMs, tool calling, queues, distributed jobs, or third-party integrations.
  • Independent delivery and strong judgment around reliability, permissions, and UX.
