We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents and solutions. This role combines technical depth with strategic consulting, enabling you to transform complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready AI architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with enterprise leaders to define AI strategies aligned with measurable business outcomes.
- Agent Development Lifecycle: Lead scoping, design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous optimization of AI agents.
- Workflow & Architecture Design: Map customer problems into agentic workflows and technical specifications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Production Iteration: Monitor live agents, troubleshoot issues, and drive measurable improvements.
- Innovation Opportunities: Identify product gaps and feed insights back to engineering teams.
Must-have Skills
- 7+ years of experience in AI engineering, agent development, or enterprise consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.
- English level: C1 Advanced.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML concepts, agent architecture, and enterprise system integration.
- Strong consulting background with ability to advise executives and manage complex projects.
- Track record of delivering AI solutions with measurable business impact.
Nice-to-have
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, RAG, or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience deploying multi-agent workflows in production.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and monitoring tools.
- Industry expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Telecom.
- Consulting or advisory experience in enterprise technology strategy.
- Preferred working hours aligned with EST–PT US time zones.
