Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Business Unit: CBIG (Credibility Business Insights Group) Function: Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with senior client stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, VPs, etc.) to understand business/financial performance, conduct management discussions, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Resolve customer issues and queries by coordinating across internal teams and sales, ensuring adherence to SLAs/SOPs and delivering timely, high‑quality solutions.
- Support sales teams through product explanations, presentations, data extracts, onsite assistance (if required), and handling specialized product-related queries.
- Review and validate reports prepared for SMEs and corporates, ensuring accuracy, process compliance, and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Perform complex financial and business analysis, contribute to rating assignments, participate in rating committees, and engage in product enhancement discussions.
- Drive process improvements by ensuring MIS updates, adding value to reports, collaborating on cross-functional projects, and enhancing overall reporting quality.
Key Requirements:
- CA/MBA with 8+ years of experience, strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, industry knowledge, and willingness to travel.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders (CXOs, Directors, Proprietors) for business and financial discussions, query resolution, and product support.
- Review financial reports, analyze financial statements, perform credit assessments, and contribute to rating decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, report preparation, customer support) to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.
