  • Own and execute full life-cycle recruiting for assigned functions, including intake meetings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview management, selection, offer development, and transition to onboarding.
  • Lead talent and succession discussions, identify development priorities and critical-role risks, and help leaders build strong talent pipelines.
  • Coach leaders on goal setting, feedback, performance management, individual development, and fair, timely resolution of performance concerns.
  • Guide leaders and teams through organizational change by anticipating people impacts, shaping communications, and supporting adoption.
  • Lead or support employee relations matters and workplace investigations with sound judgment, consistency, confidentiality, and appropriate partnership with People leadership and Legal.
  • Use workforce data and employee insights to identify trends, surface risks, recommend action, and measure the impact of people initiatives.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with the following experience and capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive human resources experience, including experience advising leaders and delivering solutions across multiple HR disciplines.

  • Working knowledge of applicable employment laws and experience handling sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Confidence using HR systems, workforce analytics, and emerging HR technologies to develop evidence-based recommendations.
  • Clear communication skills and a track record of building trust, gaining stakeholder commitment, and influencing without authority.
  • Strong project leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in biotechnology, biopharmaceuticals, life sciences, or another scientific or regulated environment is preferred.
