Interbrand is looking for a Client Services Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment focused on branding, strategy, and communications.
The successful candidate will support the Client Services team in the day-to-day management and follow-up of projects, working closely with internal teams and contributing to client relationships and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management and follow-up of projects and day-to-day activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and materials for clients and meetings.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and next steps.
- Support coordination between different internal teams at Interbrand.
- Participate in meetings and prepare meeting notes and follow-ups.
- Keep project management tools and documentation up to date.
- Provide general support to the Client Services team in client-related activities.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a university or postgraduate student throughout the internship period.
- Must be able to sign an official internship agreement with their university or educational institution. This is an essential requirement.
- Strong interest in branding, marketing, communications, and/or client management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Fluent in Spanish and good command of English.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
