**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**
The mission of an Enterprise Syndigo BDR is to uncover new enterprise prospects & upsell current clients on our PIM/PXM/MDM solution. Over 12,000 companies use our solutions today. That's good news! The great news is there are so many more companies yet to discover our PIM/PXM/MDM solution. We're looking for skilled hunters with a knack for generating prospected conversations with potential clients.
HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
- Ability to identify companies that are ideal fits for Syndigo's PIM/PXM/MDM solution
- Conduct and lead initial discovery calls to fully qualify opportunities before handing them to an AE
- Utilize industry best practices to execute the most effective outreach via email and cold calling
- Target C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders with sophisticated, tailored communication
- Make use of designated tech stack to propel outbound efficiency and effort
WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU
- 2-4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience in running discovery calls or penetrating enterprise level accounts
- Enthusiasm for generating new opportunities through cold outreach
- Experience researching, prospecting, and outreaching to potential clients
- Desire to grow your career in sales

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
Budgeted Salary Range (not including eligible commission): $60,000—$70,000 USD
Commission: $45,000—$45,000 USD
