**This is an hourly, hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**
This role supports the day-to-day operations of the moderation team by helping maintain quality standards, following established processes, and providing day-to-day support to moderators. The Moderation Operations Coordinator serves as a resource for team members, helps resolve routine questions, and contributes consistent moderation.
HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
- Perform monthly quality checks on AI and human moderation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and policy adherence and share results with the team and Moderation Manager.
- Monitor escalated moderation decisions and complex review scenarios.
- Respond to moderator questions and provide guidance as needed.
- Identify trends, flag issues, and share suggestions for improvement with the Moderation Manager.
- Serve as the subject matter resource on moderation policies and best practices.
WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU
- 2+ years of experience in content moderation, quality assurance (QA), content review, or similar detail-oriented review work
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear and effective communication

Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to identify issues, follow established processes, and escalate concerns appropriately

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
