  4. Organize and chair company meetings; monitor and drive the execution of strategic plans and operational initiatives.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in a top-tier investment bank or leading consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Tier-1 IB).

Why work at Infstones

  • Industry Leadership: Work on the “plumbing” of Web3 at one of the largest infrastructure providers, with exposure to cutting-edge blockchain protocols.
  • Global Team: Remote-friendly with a distributed workforce across 6 countries (US, China, Canada, Pakistan, India, Singapore). Offices in Plano and Palo Alto.
  • Engineering Culture: Tech stack includes Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, AWS, Ethereum/Solidity, Python, Java, etc. – hands-on with modern DevOps and blockchain tools.
  • Growth Trajectory: Despite headcount reductions, the company has reached unicorn status, indicating high-value opportunities for key hires.
  • Values: Customer focus, data-driven decisions, teamwork, and adaptability.

Cautions for Job Seekers:

  • Employee reviews are low (2.0/5.0, weak work-life balance and career growth scores). The 2023 validator vulnerability incident may indicate operational stress.
  • Headcount has shrunk; active job postings are few (3 as of search) and declining.
  • Company culture and transparency may be concerns based on limited review data.
