Job description

ABOUT VOODOO

Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 1,000 employees, 7 billion downloads, $1b+ revenues and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.

ROLE

You will work directly with Voodoo's CEO as a force multiplier on the company's highest-stakes topics. This is an operating role, not a support role: you own outcomes on strategic projects, incubate new ventures, keep the company's operating rhythm sharp, and lead a small team of Special Project Managers who act as Voodoo's internal consulting force.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Run strategic projects with the CEO — frame the problem, drive the analysis, align leaders, and push to execution on topics spanning M&A, market expansion, monetization, and organization.
  • Explore and launch new ventures — assess opportunities beyond the current portfolio, build the business case, assemble a founding team, and get v1 to market.
  • Manage company routines — own the operating cadence: leadership meetings, business reviews, OKR/goal cycles, board preparation; make sure decisions get made and followed through.
  • Drive the SPM team — recruit, staff, and coach a team of internal consultants deployed on the company's most pressing operational problems; own prioritization of their portfolio.
  • Be the CEO's proxy — represent him in meetings, unblock cross-functional issues, and surface what he needs to know before it becomes urgent.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 6–10 years of experience combining top-tier strategy consulting (Engagement Manager / Project Leader level at MBB), or M&A/PE, and operating experience in a hypergrowth tech company (BizOps, strategy, GM, or founder).
  • Track record of leading cross-functional projects at C-level with measurable business impact.
  • Entrepreneurial: has built something from scratch (venture, business line, market launch).
  • Strong analytical and financial fluency — comfortable with a P&L, unit economics, and data.
  • Exceptional communication: crisp, top-down, comfortable challenging senior leaders.
  • Low ego, absolute discretion, and stamina for a fast pace; obsessive about follow-through.
  • Top-tier academic background
  • Fluent English (French is a plus); Gaming/consumer-app affinity a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Daily exposure to the CEO and leadership of the world's #3 mobile publisher.
  • A launchpad role: previous holders of comparable seats typically move into GM/VP/founder roles.
  • Competitive package.

BENEFITS

  • Swile Lunch voucher
  • Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo)
  • Premium healthcare coverage SideCare, for your family 100% borne by Voodoo
  • Wellness activities in our Paris office
