About the Role
As a Client Engagement Manager at Rho, you will be pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for our clients, helping them harness the full potential of our comprehensive product suite. This role places you at the heart of Rho rapid growth trajectory, surrounded by a team that is enthusiastic about our customers and passionate about our products. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, guiding them through the technical implementation of Rho solutions across various domains such as banking, expense management and accounting Integrations. You'll work closely with our operations and product teams to enhance implementation processes, lead product launches, and contribute to team growth. Depending on your experience and our business needs, you'll be aligned with the customer segment that best fits your skills during the interview process.
You will
- Manage implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring client goals and timelines are met.
- Provide training and support to clients as needed to ensure they are fully equipped to use the company’s products and services effectively.
- Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements. Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase. Communicate project status, address client concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Facilitate the adoption of Rho products, driving customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuous support.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to address customer issues and suggest product improvements.
- Assist in developing and refining implementation processes and best practices.
You have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years in a customer-facing implementation or onboarding role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
- A passion for building strong client relationships and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Strong analytical skills, a growth mindset, and a continuous improvement ethos.
Our people are our most valuable asset. The base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 with $140,000 - $155,000 OTE. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
