Our Tesco Insights team turns the UK’s richest source of shopper data — over 24 million Clubcard households — into the strategic intelligence that powers Tesco and its supplier partners. We help clients understand customers, shape ranges, optimise pricing and promotions, and unlock category growth through evidence-based decisions.

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Partnership Associate to help build and strengthen relationships across a portfolio of clients, supporting them in making better commercial decisions through data, insight and consultancy. Working within Tesco Insights, you'll collaborate with colleagues across consulting, analytics and customer success to deliver meaningful commercial outcomes and help clients unlock more value from dunnhumby's solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining relationship management with insight-led problem solving and is looking to develop their commercial and consultative skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in supporting clients and ensuring they receive value from the insight and expertise dunnhumby provides.

  • Relationship management across a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted day-to-day point of contact.
  • Delivery of insight-led projects in partnership with consulting, analytics and customer success teams.
  • Support for commercial opportunities, including proposal development and contribution to renewal discussions.
  • Translation of data and analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that help clients make better decisions.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to support pipeline management, forecasting and a consistent client experience.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in people who are curious, commercially minded and motivated by helping clients succeed through insight.

  • Experience in account management, category management, client-facing commercial, sales support or insight-led environments.
  • Confidence working with data, insights or analytics to influence decision making and support business growth.
  • Relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a talent for making complex information easy to understand.
  • Interest in retail, FMCG and insight-driven commercial environments.
