Our Tesco Insights team turns the UK’s richest source of shopper data — over 24 million Clubcard households — into the strategic intelligence that powers Tesco and its supplier partners. We help clients understand customers, shape ranges, optimise pricing and promotions, and unlock category growth through evidence-based decisions.
About the Role
We're looking for an Insights Enablement Lead to join our Tesco Insights team and help maximise the impact of our products, tools and propositions across client-facing teams. This role sits within our Insight Enablement function and plays a critical role in ensuring our Client Success teams have the capability, knowledge and support they need to deliver value for clients.
Working across a broad stakeholder landscape, you'll help shape enablement strategy, drive transformation initiatives and ensure our propositions evolve in line with client needs, business priorities and product developments.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to continuously improve how we enable teams and support client success.
- Shaping longer-term enablement strategies and transformation initiatives that improve how our teams deliver value to clients.
- Defining and evolving enablement propositions, frameworks and approaches across products, tools and propositions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve solutions and ways of working by assessing value, impact and effort.
- Connecting stakeholder requirements, product developments and business priorities to ensure enablement activities remain relevant and effective.
- Championing innovative ways of working, including the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, accelerate delivery and enhance outcomes.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience working with CPG organisations, Client Success teams or other stakeholder-facing functions.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability, with the ability to work through ambiguity and define practical solutions.
- Confidence balancing immediate business needs with longer-term opportunities and priorities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences.
- Knowledge of insight, analytics, product enablement, commercial enablement, proposition development or related disciplines.
