AI-powered platform for digital identity verification, fraud prevention, and risk decisioning, used by enterprises and government agencies to verify consumers, businesses, and employees.

Socure runs RiskOS, a single AI-native decisioning platform that verifies identities and scores fraud, risk and compliance across the customer journey (onboarding, login, payments, account changes). Job description

WHY SOCURE?

Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy — verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day.

We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won’t be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself — keep reading.

We are seeking a technically sharp systems builder to own DealHub CPQ. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pricing, quoting, and system integrations, driving efficiency and resolving issues across the DealHub platform and its downstream systems. You will work closely with the Commercial Systems, RevOps, Legal, Accounting, and other departments to enhance business workflows, automate processes, and provide strategic guidance within system constraints. The ideal candidate is strategic and self-directed, understands how complex systems connect, and stays current with new tools.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage and configure DealHub CPQ, ensuring accurate pricing, quoting, and product catalog configurations.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and the business to streamline quote workflows and automate pricing processes.
  • Identify what data must pass from DealHub to CRM, CLM, ERP, and billing systems, versus what stays local to DealHub, and build accordingly.
  • Understand the technical integration layer connecting DealHub to CRM and downstream systems, well enough to both diagnose issues and build solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues quickly, maintaining system uptime and user efficiency.
  • Regularly audit CPQ system data integrity, catching issues before they impact users or downstream systems.
  • Test all changes prior to release and showcase new functionality to Deal Desk for review and sign-off.
  • Provide technical documentation and support to Deal Desk to help them drive user training and adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement of CPQ architecture and performance.
  • Stay current on DealHub releases and help evaluate/adopt new features and best practices.
  • Actively evaluate and pilot AI-assisted tools for configuration, testing, and workflow automation, including testing DealHub's native AI solutions as they're released, so the team's tooling keeps advancing rather than just being maintained.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with DealHub CPQ (or equivalent: Salesforce CPQ, Apttus, Conga, etc) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, complex pricing models, and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in CPQ and CRM tools.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing workflows and automation within CPQ and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce CPQ certification
  • Experience with usage-based (consumption) contract models and pricing solutions
