About the role  : You're the person in the room who can take a consumer insight, a cultural moment and turn it into a campaign idea that is relevant. You'll work closely with the Head of Brand, the Creative Director, and the Campaign team to develop ideas that stretch across channels (360 approach). You'll shape copy direction, and make sure everything we put out sounds like us. You'll help structure and elevate creative ideas. What you will do: Develop campaign concepts and creative territories rooted in brand strategy and business objectives. Write compelling, on-brand copy across all touchpoints: Social, CRM, Performance Marketing, Offline and creative campaigns. Translate strategic briefs into clear creative frameworks that guide designers, producers, and channel leads. Own and champion the Vestiaire Collective tone of voice, ensuring every word is intentional, consistent, and on-brand. Collaborate with designers, art directors, and video producers to shape the full creative output. Contribute to brand positioning work, naming, and messaging hierarchy. Support and elevate junior creatives and cross-functional partners through feedback, guidance, and creative leadership. Stay sharp on cultural trends, fashion conversations, and competitor creative and bring what's relevant to the table. Work together with our Product Copywriter to make sure we sound like one brand. About you: 3-5 years of experience in content strategy or copywriting for marketing. Experience writing (EN US) localization friendly copy for multinational audiences. A portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and executional craft. Concepts and copy. Not just one or the other. A deep, genuine understanding of the luxury landscape and the ability to write across registers: witty for social, editorial for campaign, data-driven for performance marketing, precise and UX-friendly for CRM. Native/ Bilingual English speaker and one or two European languages (French, German, Italian) are a plus. Experience working in Figma; Familiarity with Contentstack and Braze (or similar tools) to understand the full copy lifecycle Strong collaboration skills and the confidence to present, defend, and refine creative ideas in a fast-moving team.
